Adecco is seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Keene, NH. This role involves assembling mechanical components and equipment according to blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.

Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with hand and power tools are expected. The position offers first and second shift options (Mon-Thu) with overtime potential, competitive pay of roughly $24–$35 per hour, and a benefits package

Responsibilities

Schedule:

1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

2nd shift Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay Rate:

$24.00 - $27+/HR depending on skills and experience

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $35.00 per hour
