Job summary

Adecco is recruiting an Assembler for a leading manufacturer in Fitchburg, MA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30PM–11:00PM). Pay ranges from $18.25 to $22.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available after hire.

Responsibilities include following work orders, maintaining quality and safety standards, and adhering to ERP procedures. Massachusetts candidates visit will comply with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and manual dexterity required.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Notify supervision if information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Keep area organized and clean.
• Complete all time sheets and work orders daily.
• Notify management if equipment problems occur.

Adecco is working with a leading manufacturer in Fitchburg, MA! We are seeking experienced Assemblers on 2nd shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Pay Range: $18.25 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 2:30PM – 11:00PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Arrive at work on time and follow all time in/time out policies of the company.
• Perform all assigned jobs per work order instructions.
• Notify supervision if work instructions are not available, accurate or complete.
• Keep work area/shop organized and picked up as required.
• Complete all required time sheets and work orders each day.
• Notify management when problems occur with equipment
• Responsible for knowledge and adherence to all ERP procedures as regards production assembly.
• Responsible for knowledge and adherence to, and promotion of quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Responsible for adherence to and promotion of maximum safety standard, ensuring personal and fellow employees’ safety by adhering to company safety rules and procedures.
• Responsible for adherence to applicable ITAR regulations.
• Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor.

Pay Details:

$18.25 to $22.00 per hour
