We're looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team and bring complex manufacturing equipment to life. If you have a background in industrial assembly, machine building, or equipment maintenance, and you're ready to be part of something big, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble large-scale industrial machinery from the ground up using blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Operate forklifts and 5-ton overhead cranes (certification is a plus — training provided)
  • Perform basic MIG welding when needed
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure precision and resolve build issues
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Experience in mechanical assembly, equipment repair, or machine building in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools — must bring your own mechanics tools
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently

This role is not suited for general construction, residential painting, or landscaping backgrounds. We are seeking candidates with industrial or technical experience.

What You'll Get:

  • Clean, spacious shop with full canteen and lockers
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Prescription safety glasses & boot reimbursement
  • Personal tool purchase program with payroll deduction
