Job summary

Focus People is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for 1st shift in Alpharetta, GA. Hourly pay is $22.00, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a temporary position with potential for permanent placement.

You will build, wire, and inspect electrical and mechanical assemblies, read schematics, and use hand and power tools to meet quality standards on a consistent weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electro‑mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong electrical wiring experience.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and bills of materials.
• Assemble, align, and secure electrical and mechanical components.
• Install and connect wiring, work with circuit boards, and solder according to specifications.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, production equipment, and precision measuring tools such as calipers.
• Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and bolt components as required.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, fit, functionality, and compliance with standards.
• Make adjustments to ensure assemblies meet specifications and tolerances.
• Clean and prepare parts and maintain an organized work area.
