Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or closely related field.
5+ years of mechanical engineering experience plus 2+ years in technical inside sales, proposals, or applications engineering.
Experience handling high-volume client consultations (20–25 daily).

Responsibilities

Lead 20–25 daily technical client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Configure custom thermal/fluid systems to meet client needs.
Generate rapid technical quotes, proposals, and ROI models.
Perform value engineering and review customer blueprints for design changes.
Coordinate with production and sales teams to meet lead times and fabrication limits.
Present technical specifications to client executives to progress approvals.
