Job summary

NESL is seeking a Mechanic/Technician for truck maintenance in Pennsylvania. The role involves completing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on trucks and equipment, inspecting gear, and keeping precise work-orders and records. You will travel to various job sites and represent NESL with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training.
• Minimum of Class C Driver’s Licenses with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment).
• Class 7 PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment).
• Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".
• Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
• Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
• High School Graduate/GED.
