• 2-4 years in a similar Supervisor role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Training or experience in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with Dealer to schedule repairs.
• Facilitate and schedule inhouse repairs and PMs.
• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations.
• Issue PO’s and TCH payment for breakdowns.
• Respond to after-hours service calls as required.

Shop Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Work with Dealer to schedule repairs.

• Facilitate and schedule inhouse repairs and PMs

• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations

• Daily answering of breakdown calls and resolve breakdown issues.

• Issue PO#’s and issue TCH payment of Road Call Breakdown, Tows and Hotels.

• Create purchase orders as well as maintaining other internal data using maintenance computer software.

• Secure service for road repairs.

• Respond to after-hours service calls as required.

• Coordinate trucks to shops for repairs as needed.

• Other duties as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a similar Supervisor role is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

• Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced work environment.

• Training or experience in computer applications.
