Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• Service and repair trenchless equipment (directional drills, pipe bursting units, CIPP equipment)
• Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled service intervals
• Diagnose and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain systems
• Maintain accurate service and repair records for all equipment
• Order parts and manage shop inventory as needed
• Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations for fleet vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Coordinate with field crews on equipment needs and repair urgency
