Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services is seeking skilled Shop Mechanics to keep our fleet running at its best. You’ll perform repairs, diagnostics, and PM services on heavy trucks, trailers, and construction equipment in a modern, well-equipped shop.

You’ll diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fuel systems; perform PM work; complete accurate service logs; keep the shop safe and organized; and support general shop and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanic experience with heavy trucks or construction equipment.
• HS diploma/GED (experience may substitute).
• Your own tools suitable for heavy equipment work.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check.

What You Need

• Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, etc.)

Indoor/outdoor shop work in all weather. Regular lifting (50+ lbs.), bending, kneeling, climbing, and exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
