Job summary

Lundberg Family Farms in Richvale, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic to repair and maintain milling and packaging equipment, ensuring production meets quality standards.

Responsibilities include adjusting and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining tools and spare parts inventory, and following schedules while ensuring security of tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience repairing milling and packaging equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to execute an intermediate weld with basic instruction.
• Ability to execute prescribed intermediate Preventive Maintenance work orders.
• Complete understanding of preventative maintenance programs.
• Intermediate knowledge and ability to train operators.
• Fabrication ability to perform cutting/torching and assemble with minimal instructions.
• Intermediate knowledge and ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repair on low voltage equipment. Intermediate knowledge of Arc-Flash principals.
• Intermediate knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Must maintain a valid CA driver's license or in the state of residence and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier.
• Must maintain schedule flexibility dependent on the varying and sometimes unforeseen needs of the business.
• Ability to perform basic math functions: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

• Ensure the security of all hand and power tools, at all times.
• Maintain segregation between food grade and non-food grade chemicals.
