Job summary

Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanic, Maintenance in Silverdale, WA to ensure the cleanliness and orderly operations of our facilities, and to inspect the condition and performance of the equipment for business operations and processes.

Typical duties include general maintenance of facilities (carpentry, mechanical, plumbing), repairing or replacing faulty parts, assembling and testing equipment, and performing inspections to preserve safety standards.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED is required.
• 0-3 years' experience in Facility Maintenance or closely related field.
• Ability to work in and contribute to a team, and communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.
• Must be able to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various environments, including adverse weather and high places.

Responsibilities

• Inspects mechanical systems and machinery to ensure proper operation by performing required maintenance, adjustments or repairs.

Physical Requirements
