Position Purpose

The Maintenance Mechanic ensures safety by maintaining warehouse equipment to meet industry standards and operate efficiently. Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities, performing electrical repairs and inspections, and maintaining necessary equipment.

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

• Preparing work schedules and daily paperwork, performing safety checks.
• Maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment within standard guidelines.
• Maintaining facilities and grounds according to schedules and in emergencies.
• Keeping maintenance areas clean and secure equipment, completing reports.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months experience in maintenance and repair or related areas.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Passing post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience repairing conveyors and forklifts.
• Over 1 year maintenance experience in a warehouse setting.
• Certifications: OSHA Forklift operator, HVAC certification.
