Job summary

Canyon Falls Farm is seeking an experienced Mechanic Lead to join our farm shop team. The role directs daily maintenance operations, coordinates work, and develops team capability while remaining hands-on.

Based on a regular farm/ranch schedule of 40-60 hours per week, the position requires 5+ years of advanced experience and supervisory skills, with strong planning and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience including leadership or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily work based on operational needs.

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of repairs.
