McLane Co. is hiring an experienced Mechanic III to maintain our fleet and refrigeration units at the Hopkinton, NH facility. This role requires advanced shop skills for complex diesel repairs, electrical work, and preventive maintenance.

You will perform major refrigeration system repairs, weld and fabricate, and collaborate with a team while meeting safety and quality standards. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered with comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Advanced diesel repair experience on heavy-duty fleets.
• 0
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with refrigeration units and related components.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diesel and refrigeration repairs.
• Major repairs on refrigeration units including diesel engine work.
• Weld and fabricate; perform body and frame repairs.
• Read, write and comprehend English well enough to document work and follow safety protocols.
