IRONCLAD powered by Mersino is seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain, service, and repair our fleet of pumps, generators, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high-quality repairs while keeping meticulous service records.

You will work in a hands-on environment, reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and applying safety standards. This role offers full benefits, weekly pay, and growth opportunities in a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in the service and repair of large equipment preferred.
• Degree or certificate in diesel or heavy-duty repairs or related field desired.
• Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects.
• Proficient in utilizing current technology to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain the company’s fleet and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and execute necessary repairs.
• Complete necessary service and maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform quality checks on repaired equipment.
• Perform manual disassembly and assembly of pumping equipment and mechanisms.
• Repair and maintain submersible and centrifugal pumps as well as generators.
• Maintain service order process, including providing descriptions of repairs on maintenance on mechanical equipment's; file appropriate documentation as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized for enhanced shop operations.
• Maintain accurate service records on all equipment serviced.
• Dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with company and regulatory agency requirements.
• Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards.
• Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities.

About The Role

The primary responsibility of the Mechanic is to maintain, service, and repair the company’s mechanical equipment, including pumps, generators, and related equipment.
