What You Will Do

Work as a member of a team responsible for turbine engine, engine module, or component maintenance in accordance with published work instructions and approved technical data. Utilize common hand tools as well as a wide variety of tooling and fixtures to assemble/disassemble and test a jet engine. Ensure all phases of assembly/disassembly as specified by work instructions, comply with required self‑inspection or peer inspection of critical processes ensuring adherence to quality standards. Monitor and ensure processes meet Safety, Quality and Delivery objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in a mechanic role or appropriate technical training

Qualifications We Prefer

• Aviation engine overhaul and repair experience
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate
• Hands‑on experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Disassembly, Inspection, Assembly, or Turbine Engine Test Operations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and SAP
