Position Details

External Title: Mechanic - Field Service

Internal Title: Field Service Technician

This role is based in New Albany, Ohio, supporting Hebron, Newark, and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
2. Perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
3. Maintain a service inventory.
4. Complete paperwork after each job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely.
• Preferred: Technical degree, lift truck repair experience, welding skills, testing equipment knowledge.

The pay range is $23.85 to $35.35 per hour.
