Mechanic - Cincinnati (Finance)

Hours & Pay

5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $30-$34/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on company vehicles according to policy.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Document repairs and inspections using maintenance software.
• Manage inventory and order parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Performance Requirements

• Operational knowledge of diesel and gasoline truck equipment.
• Knowledge of International diesel trucks and Ford engines is preferred.
• Perform accurate preventive maintenance, identify failures, and produce quality repairs.
• Read and understand technical manuals, labels, and gauges.
• Valid driver's license (C or better) and meet FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Proficient with Windows OS and maintenance tracking software.
• Effective communication skills for ordering parts and supplies.
• Ability to use vehicle lifts and hoists.
• Meet DOT standards for brake and annual inspections with at least 1 year of experience or certification.
• Basic hand tools required; ASE or manufacturer certification is a plus.
