You will support automotive repair and maintenance tasks within a busy fleet environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of truck or automotive repair experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of truck or automotive repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Familiarity with diesel and gasoline systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and reports unsafe conditions.
• Records time and materials used for each assignment.
• Provides automotive repair and maintenance assistance to technicians as needed.
• Informs Lead Technician of unsafe conditions or vehicle abuse.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and brings any unsafe practices or conditions to the attention of supervisor.
• Records time and materials used for each assignment.
• Provides automotive repair and maintenance assistance to technical staff as assigned.
• Advises Lead Technician of unsafe maintenance conditions or practices and/or vehicle abuse.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years truck or automotive repair experience
• Minimum recommended hand tools for Class III Mechanic
• High school graduate or equivalent education, training and experience
• Ideally have previous fleet experience and are familiar with diesel and gasoline systems
