Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive or equipment maintenance is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Must have their own set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform basic tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, tire repairs, and fluid checks.
• Clean and organize the shop, work areas, and tools.
• Prepare parts, materials, and tools needed for repairs.
• Help with equipment moves and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the shop team.
• Must have their own set of tools.

Key Responsibilities -
