IRONCLAD, powered by Mersino, is seeking a Mechanic to service, diagnose, and repair our fleet of pumps, generators, and related equipment. The role requires reading schematics, maintaining records, and ensuring safety compliance in a rugged outdoor shop environment.

Join a safety‑conscious team with a Monday–Friday schedule, home daily, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be able to work in varied weather and lift heavy materials as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in service/repair of large equipment preferred.
Degree or certificate in diesel or heavy-duty repairs or related field desired.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment using current technology.
Ability to read and interpret assembly and repair instructions, manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain the company’s fleet and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and execute necessary repairs.
Complete service and maintenance on all equipment and perform quality checks.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

About Us

Typical Duties And Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain the company’s fleet and mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and execute necessary repairs
Complete necessary service and maintenance on all equipment
Perform quality checks on repaired equipment
Perform manual disassembly and assembly of pumping equipment and mechanisms
Repair and maintain submersible and centrifugal pumps as well as generators
Maintain service order process, including providing descriptions of repairs on maintenance on mechanical equipment's; file appropriate documentation as required
Keep work area clean and organized for enhanced shop operations
Maintain accurate service records on all equipment serviced
Dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with company and regulatory agency requirements
Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards
