Job summary

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is seeking a mechanic to provide maintenance and repair support for a utility line tree clearance contractor. The role involves servicing light to medium duty trucks, heavy equipment, and specialized equipment such as boom trucks and mowing equipment.

Hydraulics experience is a plus and a valid CDL is preferred but not required. Technicians may haul equipment between sites and operate from a mobile service unit, traveling to various field locations to perform repairs

Qualifications

• 2–4 years mechanic experience or certification in automotive and diesel truck repair from an accredited trade school preferred.
• CDL is preferred but not required. Hydraulics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on light to medium duty trucks and heavy equipment.
• Service and repair equipment such as boom trucks, diesel trucks, and mowing equipment.
• Travel to multiple job sites and corporate office in a mobile service unit to provide onsite repairs.

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is accepting applications for a mechanic. Nature of work involves providing maintenance and repair support to a utility line tree clearance contractor. Technician duties may include servicing light to medium duty trucks, heavy equipment, and performing routine maintenance on other forms of specialized equipment such as various types of boom trucks, diesel trucks & industrial mowing equipment. Hydraulics experience is a plus. A valid Commercial Driver’s License is preferred, but not required. Candidates may be asked to haul equipment and materials between multiple job sites and corporate office location. Candidate will be working out of a mobile service unit traveling to various field locations to provide repairs on site. Two to four years mechanic experience or certification in automotive and diesel truck repair from an accredited trade school is preferred.
