PURITY PRODUCTS INC is seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our busy repair shop. As an Auto Mechanic, you will diagnose and repair issues affecting vehicle performance and function, and help customers understand needed work.

You will also maintain repair shop equipment, prepare cost estimates, and uphold a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle issues, and offers practical advice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Dependable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and occasionally repair vehicles coming into the shop.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems.
• Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
