The MEB Summer 2027 Internship Program - Project Engineer Track provides aspiring construction professionals with hands-on experience supporting active projects in both the field and office.
As an intern, you will work alongside Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams to learn how complex construction projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered. You will gain exposure to project documentation, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, scheduling, quality control, safety, and other essential project management functions.
MEB's internship program is designed to help you connect what you are learning in the classroom to real-world construction. Your specific responsibilities will depend on your assigned project, its current phase, and the needs of the project team.
Throughout the summer, you may also gain exposure to other areas of the company, including estimating, field operations, and site supervision. At the conclusion of the program, you will complete a capstone project demonstrating your understanding of the project you supported and the experience you gained.

The anticipated starting hourly rate for this position is $22 to $26 an hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, technical skills, internal equity, and business needs.
