Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check grinders are assembled and prepare meats per formula.
• Inspect meat blocks for foreign material, spoilage, and denaturing; push meats to grinders.
• Clean and sanitation duties, floor and equipment cleaning between batches.
• Participate in team meetings and company processes for BEST practices.
