• Weigh all ingredients and record weight before batching.
• Record lot numbers and supplier for each ingredient used.
• Follow formula guidelines listed on batch sheets.
• Record batching information on formula kitchen sheets.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen during can size changeovers or when instructed.
• Regulate dropping temperature per batch sheet guidelines or supervisor instructions.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports BEST practices.
