Prepare and display meat items for sale in accordance with company standards and policies. Provide customer service and demonstrate the company’s leadership behaviors and core values, including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and display merchandise neatly and efficiently.
2. Check product quality, ensure freshness, safety, and proper rotation.
3. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
4. Maintain carts, tools, and supplies in designated areas; keep floors clean and safe.
5. Manage display cases, inventory levels, and freshness; unload trucks and prepare merchandise.
6. Provide excellent customer and associate relations.
7. Sanitize equipment per company and health department policies.
8. Maintain a friendly, professional impression on customers.
9. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
10. Assist customers promptly and cheerfully, helping them find products.
11. Follow all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
12. Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly; be punctual and courteous.
13. Adhere to dress code, grooming, food safety, and sanitation standards.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
