MEAT/WRAPPER (Finance)

Prepare and display meat items for sale according to company standards and policies. Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service. Demonstrate leadership behaviors and uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum requirements:

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and labels.
• Qualified to operate power equipment (wrappers, slicers, grinders, saws, etc.).
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals.
• Teamwork in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Calmly handle stressful situations and make positive impressions on customers and staff.

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in meat work or food preparation.
• Dependable and trustworthy work history.
• Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA, food handling, etc.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Neat and efficient merchandise display and rotation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and equipment.
• Unloading trucks, preparing merchandise, and managing inventory levels.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining good relations.
• Sanitizing equipment and adhering to safety and health policies.
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
• Following all applicable laws and company policies.
• Performing any other duties as assigned.
