Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to cold/freezing and hot temperatures in work environment.
• Ability to use knives and other cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program and keep areas full and clean.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Arrive to work station on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective suggestive selling; answer phones courteously.
• Price signs accurately and perform opening/closing duties.
• Report safety hazards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
