• Experience with meat department operations and product knowledge.
• Ability to train and motivate team members and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members and monitor productivity.
• Appraise Team Members' performance for promotions or changes.
• Discipline Team Members and handle issues.
• Plan and distribute work; ensure safety and security of team and store.
• Manage department budget and inventory; monitor shrink and compliance.
