Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members and monitor productivity.
• Manage safety, inventory, budget, and shrink in the department.
• Oversee storewide or department-specific compliance measures.
• Develop future leaders and promote an inclusive team environment.
• Maintain a safe and friendly guest experience while achieving sales goals.
