The role involves front-facing shelving, reviewing inventory to prevent shrinkage, ensuring accurate shelf pricing, and coordinating with Hi-Lo operators to keep the selling floor stocked and hazard-free; shifts are 8–10 hours, full/part-time, hourly, including union benefits.

Qualifications

• Provides prompt, courteous customer service.
• Stocking and front-facing items on shelves.
• Maintains HACCP compliance in daily operations.
• Reviews inventory for rotation to prevent shrinkage.
• Ensures shelf pricing is current and accurate.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves; opens boxes to stock shelves.
• Organizes and front-faces items on shelves.
• Performs HACCP inspections.
• Reviews inventory for product rotation to prevent shrinkage/damages.
• Ensures shelf pricing reflects current prices.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Works with Hi-Lo operators to keep floor stocked and safe.
• Notifies Supervisors of low stock.
