Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Pennsauken, NJ seeks a Stocker - Meat to maintain shelves and support the Meat department. You will stock products, ensure HACCP compliance, and keep work areas clean and safe. The role supports inventory rotation and accurate shelf pricing while delivering courteous service.

This position is union, hourly, with 8–10 hour shifts and offers both full- and part-time opportunities. Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus, and safety is emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Stock shelves by removing boxes from pallets and restocking.
• Organize and front-face items on shelves to maintain order.
• Perform HACCP inspections and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in daily inventory reviews to rotate stock and prevent shrinkage.
• Ensure shelf pricing is accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves
• Perform the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations
• Assists in the review of inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Ensures that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing
• Follows program to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath.
• Continuously reviews status of department floors for safety hazards. Promptly and safely handles any spills and removes any trash such as plastic wrap, plastic ties, pieces of wood or any other trash gets immediately removed from the floor and discarded appropriately.
