Job summary

Freshfields Farm in Orlando, FL is seeking a Meat Stocker Associate to support the meat department. You will replenish products, rotate stock, maintain displays, and assist with signage and presentation under the Meat Floor Supervisor.

This role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and teamwork. You will handle trash disposal, cardboard baling, and help ensure a safe, clean environment and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and protocol manuals.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product displays within the meat department under the direction of a supervisor.
• Learn and apply protocols pertaining to presentation, rotation, organization, and replenishment of product.
• Learn and apply protocols pertaining to proper signage.
• Learn and apply quality standards of product.
• Assist with the disposal of trash/boxes from the building.
• Safely operate a baler for cardboard boxes.
• Assist with ensuring a safe work environment for our employees and a safe customer experience for our customers.
