Responsibilities

• Maintain product displays within the meat department under the direction of a supervisor.
• Learn and apply protocols pertaining to presentation, rotation, organization, and replenishment of product.
• Learn and apply protocols pertaining to proper signage.
• Learn and apply quality standards of product.
• Assist with the disposal of trash/boxes from the building.
• Safely operate a baler for cardboard boxes.
• Assist with ensuring safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Apply health and safety protocols under management.
• Maintain a healthy working relationship with peers.
• Represent Freshfields Farm courteously and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Use ladders for various purposes throughout the building.
• Assist with any other tasks that require additional manpower.
