Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk II in Bismarck, ND to provide meat preparation services, stock both service and self-service cases, and assist guests at the counter with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will operate meat cutting tools, uphold quality and freshness, and support the Smokehouse team when needed, while following health and safety standards. This role offers team growth in a employee-owned company with strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services, fill service counter and self-service cases, and wait on guests at the counter.
• Use meat operating tools and equipment up to 60% of the time.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager by creating sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and ensure quality and freshness of meat, seafood and smoked products.
