Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Meat Clerk II in Dickinson, ND to provide meat preparation services and assist at the counter and in self-service cases. You will engage with guests, keep cases stocked, and support the Smokehouse program where available.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, educating customers, and ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail or food service.
• Knowledge of meat handling and food safety regulations.
• Ability to operate meat processing tools and maintain product quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers and fill service counters.
• Assist at the Smokehouse in creating sausage and other products where applicable.
• Educate and assist customers at meat and seafood counters; maintain cleanliness and stocking of cases.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed.
