Qualifications

• Experience in meat preparation and handling preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers and keep meat/seafood cases stocked.
• Fill the service counter and self-service cases; assist guests at the counter.
• Operate meat processing tools and equipment up to 60% of the shift.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager by creating sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and foster a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
