You will operate meat equipment and may assist the Smokehouse in producing specialty items, ensuring freshness and quality throughout shifts. The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork in a grocery retail setting.

• Provide meat preparation services for customers at the counter and in self-service cases.
• Fill service counters and self-service displays with fresh products.
• Wait on guests at the counter, ensuring friendly and helpful service.
• Operate meat cutting tools and equipment safely, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager in creating sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
