Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be dependable and reliable and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior; positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and safe food handling.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload and transport meats from delivery.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and needs; maintain a clean, organized department.
• Know weekly ad items and guide customers to product locations; follow Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs.
