Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable and reliable with any related duties as assigned.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department following guidelines.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–90 lbs., with equipment handling.
• Operate pallet jack and assist with moving heavier loads.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in a fast-paced store environment.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock.
• Assist customers with questions and special orders.
• Follow ‘Clean as You Go’ and ‘Fresh at 4’ programs and safety procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and support department operations.
