Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math knowledge.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to perform other duties as assigned.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department, following all regulations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry weights as required.
• Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in the Meat Department.
• Receive, store, and prepare meats; grind meats as needed.
• Assist customers with questions, orders, and special requests.
• Follow the store's Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs and safety guidelines.
• Manage product location information and maintain inventory hygiene.
