Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, cut, weigh and wrap meat and seafood products.
• Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations.
• Maintain meat and seafood cases and rotate stock.
• Process customer special orders and provide follow-through.
• Ensure pricing and signage meet merchandising standards.
• Handle damaged or spoiled product per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Operate tools and equipment as required.
• Communicate equipment issues to management.
