Responsibilities

• Prepares and packages meat, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen food and salted meats to production standards.
• Operates department equipment and tools.
• Ensures customer requests and special orders are fulfilled.
• Complies with safety and sanitation standards and food safety guidelines.
