Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be dependable, reliable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs with safe handling.
• Knowledge of safety, weights and measures, and basic math for weighing products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and product knowledge in a fast-paced setting.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock to prevent aging.
• Explain weekly ad items, direct customers, and assist with special orders.
• Follow Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety, health, and company recipes while working with knives and equipment.
