Job summary

Qualifications

• Should possess good interpersonal and selling skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others and engage with guests.
• Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Able to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite greetings and interact with guests to create a selling environment.
• Prepare knife-ready meat and seafood products per standards.
• Assist in receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen and fresh meat/seafood items.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in prep areas and display cases.
• Ensure product quality and in-date items are available.
• Communicate shrink issues to management and guest requests to management.
• Make PA announcements for sale and promotions in meat/seafood.
