Colonial Group is seeking a packaging team member to join a twelve-person crew responsible for packing meat and seafood into pouches and boxes for distribution. You will vacuum seal, weigh, label, and stack products while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a temperature-controlled plant.

The right candidate is punctual, friendly, and a team player with a strong work ethic. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and basic reading and math skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract simple numbers and to multiply and divide.
• Able to work in a temperature controlled refrigerated plant.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum seal and box portions on packaging machines.
• Weigh, label, and stack boxes on pallets for distribution.
• Work as part of a twelve person team.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
