Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Las Vegas is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead cutting operations, ensure quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will plan cutting lists, coach the team, recruit and promote, manage scheduling, and uphold standards across ordering, receiving, and display, while serving as a Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires at least 2 years meat-cutting experience with leadership, ability to lift up to 90 lbs, flexible scheduling,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry including leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours, total of 8 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of weights and measures and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists; process meat to maximize sales and profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings; recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity; uphold standards and product knowledge.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
