Job summary

• Support safety standards and report repairs or hazards.
• Develop product knowledge in meat department and product preparation.
• Understand department Standard Practice manual.
• Ensure proper training of meat associates.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain department appearance and presentation quality.
• Treat associates with fairness and provide feedback.
