Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Knife handling skills and knife speed.
• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued.
• Prepares, packages and processes orders to customer specifications.
• Cuts, wraps, weighs and prices meat per standards.
• Operates department equipment and tools.
• Works on ordering, inventory and shrink reduction.
• Performs duties of meat/seafood counter clerk as needed.
